Terms of Service

Delivery of Photos 

All photos will be delivered in high resolution via www.aandostudios.com/clients and also via our online gallery. Both with watermark and un-watermarked. Turnover of photos is 3-4weeks from shoot date (unless agreed otherwise). We kindly ask you use watermarked photos for public use and unwatermarked for private use (unless agreed otherwise). 

Payment/Cancellation/Refund 

All payments to be made by BACS, we don’t accept cash/cheques. Full details of payment are in the invoice. 

Client has one working day, from when payment is made, for a refund. After payment is processed, if client choses to cancel booking (post 24hours after booking/past cancellation fee), refunds are not possible, however an option of using payment for another service is available. 

Non-receipt of the full balance on arrival on the commissioned date will be deemed as a cancellation of contract by the Client. A&O Studios will therefore be under no obligation to cover the event or to refund any amount paid. 

If A&O Studios fail to arrive on commissioned date, and/or are unable to cover the shoot agreed with client, a replacement photographer will be sent, if not possible, any payment made will be refunded or a reschedule of shoot agreed by both parties. 

Post Production & Editing 

The final post production and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of
A&O Studios. No addition to, deletion from or alteration to or adaptation of a picture may be made without the written permission of A&O Studios. Unless a rejection fee has been agreed in advance, there is no right to reject on the basis of style, composition or editing. 
 

Responsibilities 

A&O Studios is not responsible for compromised coverage due to causes beyond the control of A&O Studios including but not limited to obtrusive guests, lateness of the CLIENT or guests, weather conditions, schedule complications, incorrect addresses provided to the A&O Studios, rendering of decorations, or restrictions of the locations. A&O Studios is not responsible for backgrounds or lighting conditions which may negatively impact or restrict the photo coverage. A&O Studios is not held liable for missed coverage of any part of the EVENT(S). A&O Studios will not be held accountable for failure to deliver images of any individuals or any objects at the EVENT(S). (EVENT(S) represent photographic service ie. portraiture, wedding etc 

Photography rights and Copyrights 

The photographs produced by A&O Studios are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without A&O Studios’ explicitly written permission. A&O Studios will have full rights to all photographs to be used on our website and social media accounts. 

Travel 

Travel expenses are added to each of our quote. This entails of costs for public transport and/or cab fares (depending on how remote location is – estimates are given but confirmed fee will be charged to client) to chosen location of shoot. 

Security & Privacy 

A&O Studios will store your data on a private internal database. This data will not be made available to outside companies or individuals. Should you wish to have your data removed from the database, please advise in writing and retain your confirmation. 

Safety & Welfare 

We expect to work in a safe and reasonable environment. Any form of verbal or physical abuse will result in cease of services (no refund of payment). 

Consent 

Customers under the age of 16 must have consent of parents, and a guarantor before requiring our services.
